Wet Chemical extinguishers have been specifically designed to fight Class F type fires for burning oils and greases in kitchens. They can also be used on solid combustible fires. The 3L version can be used in smaller kitchens and mobile food outlets and the 6L with better performance for larger commercial kitchens.
